Ezra Lee smashes out ‘50s era roots rock’n’roll with the raw integrity that comes from decades of performing in pubs and clubs around Australia, although he’s just as comfortable on huge stages in the UK, Europe and the USA. Ezra’s repertoire is everything from thumping boogie woogie to the most soulful, tear-in-your beer honky tonk, all propelled along by his red-hot rhythm section – Karl Bergerson – Three Of A Kind Music

At just 14 years old, Ezra joined the award-winning blues band Johnny Green’s Blues Cowboys with his father Ed Matzenik (The Atlantics, Track Records London) on bass.

Since then Ezra has worked with Wanda Jackson, Linda Gail Lewis, Australian rock group Rose Tattoo as well as performances at The Sydney Opera House with James Blundell, Nick Barker, Dave Larkin and Doug Parkinson.

Ezra and his band have performed at Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekender (USA), Screamin (Spain), Rockabilly Rave (UK), Rhythm Riot (UK), The Tamworth Country Music Festival, Bluesfest, Blues On Broadbeach, Blues At Bridgetown, Greazefest, Crank It Up, Camperdown Cruise, Ballerat Beat, Cooly Rocks On, Chromefest and more.
