Buttered is a Gold Coast duo comprising of Scott Dalton and Jackson James Smith, whose silky, smooth, and soft music aptly match their buttery name. Formed in late 2019, Buttered has already made a significant impact on the Australian music scene, with over 1 million streams across their catalogue and widespread support from broadcasters and media outlets across the country.

In 2022, the duo won Breakout Artist of the Year at the Gold Coast Music Awards, following a string of successful tours, including performances at major Queensland festivals like Hidden Lanes, Valley Fiesta, Mojave Haze, Homecoming Festival, and Springtime Festival. They also recently delivered a standout performance at Bluesfest 2023. Buttered has shared stages with nationally recognized acts like Wanderers, Peach Fur, and international sensation Muroki.
